Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Omnia IA LLC, the company behind Castier. The parts about automatic renewal, AI results and our liability matter most.
1. Agreement
Castier is operated by Omnia IA LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Castier", "we", "us"). By using castier.io or the Castier app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Castier is for business use only: you must be at least 18 and use it for your business. If you accept for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us right away at contact@castier.io if you think someone used it without permission.
3. Free first ad
We may offer one free ad per business, without a card. We may limit, change or end this offer, and refuse it in case of abuse, such as several accounts for the same business.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Automatic renewal. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and we charge the price of your plan shown at checkout (plus any taxes) to your payment method on file, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online from Account > Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep access until then.
- Offers. A first month offer, such as 20% off, applies to your first month only. After that, the regular price of your plan applies.
- Payment. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, we may limit your access until it goes through.
- Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before it does.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime as described above. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months or unused quotas, except where the law requires it. If you think we charged you by mistake, email us within 60 days.
6. Quotas and fair use
Each plan has monthly quotas (such as ads, variants and AI edits) shown before you pay and in your account. Unused quotas do not carry over. To keep the Service fast and fair, we may also apply daily limits and slow down or block use that looks automated or abusive.
7. Your content
- You keep your rights to everything you upload or link: store link, product photos, model photos, voice recordings, music, scripts and instructions ("Your Content").
- License to us. You let us host, copy, process and adapt Your Content, and send it to our service providers, only to make your ads and run the Service.
- Your responsibility. You confirm you own Your Content or have every right needed to use it, including the consent of any person whose face or voice appears in it and the rights to any music. We may remove content when someone asks us to or when it breaks these Terms.
8. Ads we generate for you
- You own them. The ads, images, videos and scripts we generate for you are yours to use for your business, including in paid ads. AI may create similar results for others, so they may not be exclusive.
- Review before publishing. AI can make mistakes. Check every ad, including products, colors, prices and claims, before you publish it. Do not present AI people as real customers or use ads as fake reviews.
- Ad platforms. You follow the rules of the platforms where you publish, including their AI disclosure rules. We do not promise that a platform will approve your ads or that they will sell.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Castier to break the law or anyone's rights, show a real person without their consent, create misleading deepfakes, sexual, hateful or illegal content, or false claims, abuse or get around our security and limits, resell the Service, or build a competing product. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
10. Our rights
The Service, including our software, designs, prompts, brand and logo, belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. We may freely use feedback you send us.
11. Termination
You can stop using Castier and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, do not pay, or create risk for us or others. If we close it without cause, we refund the unused part of your current month. Sections that should survive termination (such as disclaimers, liability and indemnity) do.
12. Disclaimers
The Service and all ads are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be error free or that your ads will reach any level of sales or performance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Castier against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your ads or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts in Wyoming. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
16. Changes and contact
