Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Castier collects when you visit castier.io or use our app, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Castier is an AI ad studio for fashion brands, operated by Omnia IA LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Castier", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@castier.io.

2. What we collect and why

Account and contact info: your first name, email, password (stored hashed), the emails of team members you invite, and your answers to our questions after you subscribe. We use them to run your account, answer you and send you emails.
Your store and content: your store link and the public pages of your store, and what you upload or write: product photos, model photos, voice recordings, music, scripts and instructions. We use them only to make and edit your ads. We do not use them to train our own AI models.
Payment info: your plan and billing status. Your card goes directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, actions in the app and approximate country. We use them to keep Castier secure, fix bugs and improve the product.
Cookies and pixels: see section 4.

Your password is the only sensitive personal information we collect, and we use it only to let you log in.

We share personal information only with service providers that work for us, and only what they need to do their job:

hosting, database and file storage;
AI processing (text, images, video and voice) to create your ads;
payment processing;
email delivery;
security and anti-bot protection;
analytics and advertising measurement.

Members of your brand team can see that brand's content. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under California law, sending data to Meta through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API counts as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out on Your Privacy Choices. We do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.

4. Cookies and ad measurement

Necessary: cookies and browser storage that keep you logged in, remember your privacy choice and save app settings.
Advertising: the Meta Pixel on our site (cookies _fbp and _fbc, up to 90 days) and Meta's Conversions API on our servers. They tell Meta when someone who saw one of our ads visits, signs up, gets a free ad or subscribes, with data such as IP address, browser info, an ad click ID and a hashed email. Meta uses it to measure and improve our ads, and may also use it under its own policy. Meta and other third parties may use cookies and similar technologies on our site to collect information and use it for measurement and ad targeting.

You can turn ad measurement off on Your Privacy Choices, opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser. Our payment page may also set cookies from our payment processor to prevent fraud.

Our store form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode, and your use of it is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open, so you can reuse them. Voiceovers you remove from an ad are deleted about 24 hours later. Security logs are kept a few weeks. After you delete your account, we keep only what the law requires, such as billing records.

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls, hashed passwords and private file storage.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and opt out of sharing for ads. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out. To make a request, email contact@castier.io from your account email. To delete your account, email us and we will delete your data within 30 days. We answer within 45 days, you may use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a refusal by replying to our answer. We will never treat you differently for using your rights.

EU and UK visitors: our cookie banner lets you decline the Meta Pixel and Conversions API ("Decline non essential"), and you can change your choice at any time on Your Privacy Choices. Otherwise we rely on our contract with you and our legitimate interests (security, product and business marketing). Your data is processed in the US with standard safeguards. You can also restrict or object to our use of your data, ask for a portable copy, and complain to your data protection authority.

7. Marketing emails

We send emails about your account and your ads, and marketing emails about Castier. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You will still get account emails.

8. Changes and contact
